The performance corner will feature the sweet and sour taste of strawberries along with Japanese sweets, including crispy baked castella cakes finished in the style of Ogura toast, and strawberry daifuku-style Mont Blanc, which is filled with strawberries and gyuhi rice cakes and topped with a white bean paste-based cream.Enjoy a variety of sweets that combine strawberries and Japanese flavors.
